PSM will provide Canadian postage (for an additional fee) to help non-Canadians get their items back. This item must be purchased with the associated order, and will be refunded if purchased separately. 
 
Customers must still send self addressed envelopes - PSM only provides the stamps. 
 
For envelopes, one stamp will do. Think envelopes require two. For small bubble mailers, please order at least three stamps.
